Felecia Boyle-Bazard
Felecia Boyle-Bazard has over 10 years in the Financial Industry in The Bahamas, the Caribbean and Switzerland. She is very passionate about the quality of her work and takes pride in assisting her clients to achieve their business goals. Her key competences are; (i) Developing and implementing Business Strategies for her clients after actively listening to their vision, (ii) Conducting Employee Engagement reviews to determine how motivated staff members are and developing key plans to increase or keep the level of motivation in the organization, (iii) She is very passionate about mentoring professionals and (iv) Is an avid motivational speaker. She is also very talented when it comes to (v) Accounting, analysing associated numbers and ensuring that management understands their financial performance in order to make accurate financial decisions projections.

Camille Patterson
Camille Patterson has been a successful entrepreneur for well over 20 years. She has the passion and gifting for identifying and structuring new and established business ventures. A guest-house, a furniture factory, a cab service and a medical laboratory are among the diversified businesses which she has owned and managed.
Ms. Patterson enjoys working with and prompting organizations that are focused on helping the marginalized and the under-privileged. She has a great command of the English and Spanish Languages. Ms. Patterson is a Toastmaster, and an avid writer, who also loves graphic designing. It is her belief that Marketing is the backbone to any business venture, which will inevitably result in awareness and resultant profitability.
